For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. -Jeremiah 29:11
God doesn’t challenge us to break us or harm us but to mature us and promote us, so that His glory can be revealed through our experiences.
I believe most of you have heard the saying ” what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”….That statement is true in the spiritual sense, when you look at most of the hardships and trials you have gone through. I believe sometimes you thought you wouldn’t make it out of certain situations alive but by God’s grace you came out of it more stronger and wiser.
Challenges are the best teachers of life that equip us with the knowledge and understanding that give us the power to overcome anything that comes against us.
Challenges will also draw us closer to God. When situations are beyond your control look to a higher power that is greater than all powers and that’s found in Jesus Christ which will grant you faith, confidence and courage to overcome anything.
When you are faced with challenges it is the time when you need to consecrate yourself more to God by fasting and praying, so that your faith can be effective and you can be strengthened in the Lord. Always remember constant challenges produce constant growth. Instead of complaining about your challenges start asking God through prayer to reveal and show you what He wants you to learn out of the situation and I promise you He will grant you wisdom and courage to overcome and mature you for His glory.
God loves you so much and He will not let anything harm you not even your challenges. The challenges are lessons in which God expresses His love by showing you the beauty that lies within by you that you didn’t know existed. God will always give you beauty for your ashes.-Isaiah 61:3.
